We represent businesses (buyers and sellers) involved in most of the “Cap-and-Trade” environmental commodity markets currently in existence in the U.S. including: CAIR NOx, CAIR SO2, Renewable Energy Credits (“RECs”), regional markets, and North American carbon markets. We handle the drafting and review of purchase and sale contracts or any other business document/contract that memorialize transactions in any of the above-mentioned markets.
